Dinner at a restaurant
Once the time is locked, booking a table is the next easy step.
A shared meal is often why the group tries to agree on an evening. When Sopisiko has collected the answers and the time is confirmed, the place is what remains.
Pick a kitchen that does not require everyone to agree on spices: pizza, Nepalese, sushi or a local bistro works for a larger group too. Mention diets in the invite so the order does not stall at the door.
Book the table for the confirmed time as soon as the organizer has locked it. The host can add the address to the event, and the calendar booking leads people there.
