An after-work for the team

A short Friday evening works when there are a couple of clock times, not an open “shall we sometime”.

After-work dies in the sentence “put it in the calendar if it works”. Nothing goes into the calendar, and two people show up.

Suggest two starts, for example Thursday 17:00 and Friday 16:30. The workday length varies, so one clock time shuts part of the group out for no reason.

Set the reply deadline to the day before. The organizer can cancel the table if too few people answer, and the restaurant is not left waiting for a ghost party.

Lock the time and the place in the same event. A calendar booking helps people who have another meeting on top — they see at once whether they can make it.

Sopisiko fits a work group because sign-in is a one-time code, not a new password. The invite link is enough to answer.
