Doodle or Sopisiko?

When a traditional poll is enough, and when the meeting should go all the way into the calendar.

Doodle and other polls are familiar because they collect ticks in one table. They do not have an event life cycle: invite, answer, lock and calendar booking are different tools.

Sopisiko is narrower. It is not a general form. It is a way to agree on one shared time. A guest opens the link, marks the times that work and can pick an avatar. The organizer sees who answered and who did not.

If you need an anonymous survey, a long text answer or a webinar slot for a hundred people, a general poll may be better. For an evening with friends, a hobby group or a small team, a narrow tool keeps it short.

The difference shows at the end. In Sopisiko the confirmed time leaves as a calendar file, and the old event is cleaned up. A poll table often stays open, and someone still suggests another day.

You can use both in sequence: map the week quickly if you want. When the candidates are narrowed, move them to Sopisiko and lock one time.
